Kilmaru and the Empty World is sold as a pre-order. You are charged today and the book is delivered digitally on September 1, 2026.
You can cancel your pre-order and get a full refund at any time before the book is delivered. Just email us with the order reference shown on your confirmation page.
Because the book is a digital product delivered as a download, once it has been delivered we can only offer refunds where the files are faulty or not as described. If anything is wrong with your files, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
Email hi@kilmaru.com with the email you used and your order reference. Refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
If you are an EU/UK consumer, you may have additional statutory cancellation rights for digital content; nothing here limits those rights.
